Starting on October 27, Bridges Specialties will be conducting essential asphalt restoration work along Yorktown Boulevard at the intersection with Sun Valley Drive.

Beginning tomorrow, October 24, the intersection of Mt. Vernon Drive and Everhart Road will be closed until November 3.

Construction crews will be working on Norton Street near Sam Houston Elementary School beginning Monday, Oct. 27.

At today’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting, Mayor Paulette Guajardo and the City Council approved a contract for the reconstruction of Castenon Street in District 3.

An AT&T contractor will begin infrastructure improvements on Flour Bluff Drive, extending through Purdue Road and Peaceful Lane, starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October, and continuing through November 9.

The City of Corpus Christi proudly announces the reopening of Everhart Road from McArdle Road to Alameda Street. Contractors will have all road barriers removed and road striping completed by 6:00 p.m

The Public Works Department is updating the operations for seven traffic signals along Mesquite Street, from John Sartain Street to Taylor Street, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15. 

On Wednesday, October 15, the intersection of Everhart Road and Staples Street will receive upgraded traffic signals.

Construction crews will be working in the 4700 block of Megal Drive near Everhart Road beginning Monday, Oct. 13, for approximately two weeks. A small section of Megal Drive near Thundersee Drive will be closed.

A Charter-Spectrum contractor will begin infrastructure improvements on Yorktown near 4033 Ranch Lake Drive starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15. The project is expected to continue through October 31, lasting approximately three weeks.
