On Tuesday, September 3, street maintenance work will begin on Airline Road between McArdle Road and Wilma Drive.

On Monday, August 26, Phase 3 of the Airport Road Project continues with a new traffic control plan. 

 Beginning Thursday, August 22, access to Harry Street from Everhart Road will be closed to all traffic. The intersection is expected to remain closed through Thursday, August 29.

 A City contractor will be upgrading the traffic signals at the intersection of Airline Road and Ocean Drive. Scheduled for Wednesday, August 21, the installation will include new mast arms and signal heads

 On Monday, August 19, Phase 1 of the Alameda Street Project continues with a new traffic control plan. 

The City of Corpus Christi announces that an investigation is currently underway following an unfortunate incident that occurred this morning at approximately 7:20 a.m. outside of City Hall. 

At 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 12, an AEP contractor will begin making repairs to damaged streetlights on Ocean Drive between Doddridge Street and Ropes Street.

Construction on Yorktown Boulevard, from Rodd Field Road to the Oso Creek Bridge, begins Wednesday, August 14. JE Construction Services of Corpus Christi is the general contractor.

In response to the recent influx of mosquitoes, the City of Corpus Christi is taking proactive measures to address the increased mosquito population. 

The City’s next Litter Critter community cleanup event will take place on Saturday, August 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Flour Bluff High School parking lot, located at 2505 Waldron Road.
