Project One Water Utility Assistance

Project One Water helps eligible residents with their utilities bill, ensuring that essential services remain accessible to our community.


* Please note, that HEB payments may take up to two business days to post. Payments must be via cash, credit or debit card only. No checks accepted.

All returned checks will have a $30 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee assessed. The returned check plus NSF fee must be paid in full via cash, credit, debit, money order or cashier's check.
